Hi everyone, it’s definitely been too long since I last posted a recipe so I’m glad I have the opportunity to do something about that today! Our recipe owes its namesake to flan, a popular Spanish dessert. This flavor combination has become quite popular here in the US as well, so we found a recipe that you can use to make your own Caramel Flan Latte. Check out the recipe below to get started!
Caramel Flan Latte:
- Before you do anything else, my suggestion is that you preheat your glass ahead of time with some hot water. This will help prevent temperature loss and keep your drink hotter for longer.
- After that, begin by measuring and combining your two syrups in your 12oz glass, an ideal tool for this is the Rattleware 3oz Shot pitcher.
- Next you’ll want to add in your espresso, you can brew directly into the glass if you like, but remember to mix the espresso and the syrups thoroughly and evenly.
- Steam milk using your preferred method, add it to the espresso and syrup, and enjoy! It’s really that simple.
Additionally, if you’re looking to add a bit of flare to your drink, you can garnish it with some whipped cream and nutmeg. Yum!
