When a pull a shot I noticed that after the first ten second the color of the coffee coming out turn much lighter.
Can it be the temperature dropping down?
How can I adjust that?
Are you using the pressurized basket or teh basket with multiple holes. It could be your grind, the amount of coffee, the coffee or a few different thing . It is most likely not a temperature issue but a grind issue.
