The beans will not pass through my Encore until I get to a minimum of setting 10. I am trying to find my best espresso setting. Anyone else have this problem?
Starbucks espresso beans are very oily. The oily surface causes the beans to be slippery. The small auger can not pull the beans in and force them down between the grinder burrs. When the grinder is on a fine setting the burrs are close together. Oily beans will slip out and not grind. 11-01-13 04:17PM
