The Accademia, which I love, just quit on me. I was making a double longo and the first cup went fine, then it ground the second one, but stopped completely before dispensing any of the second longo. Then I received an error code 14. It said to restart the machine. I've tried many times, but every time the heat icon comes up on the display with about 4 bars then 5 then back to 4 bars. It just sits there and finally I get error code again. Anyone have any ideas what's going on? I can't ever recover from the error. Someone said there might be a circuit breaker/fuse inside the machine which could be defective. Thanks!
