Carolyn, if it helps, I can tell you that on a scale of 1 to 10 with water being a 1 and cold hot fudge sauce a 10, I would put Hershey's chocolate syrup at about 5 and the SF creme caramel around 1-2. I was surprised at how fluid it is, but I bet it has something to do with how well the flavor blends into things. I am not normally a SF person, but I stumbled on this one when stocking up for SF guests. I can only rave about how good it is. No sweet or bitter after taste. Just great flavor.
