Is the consistency of the Sugar-Free Crème Caramel a syrup or a sauce?

B6c4ba4e538ca03c9bf1026f28a139bd Carolyn, It will be the consistency of a syrup as withe most of the syrups we sell. If you are looking for a sauce check out the Ghiradelli sauces. 11-01-13 04:39PM

4cc803e32c03f0075ef6e259f2256dc3 Carolyn, if it helps, I can tell you that on a scale of 1 to 10 with water being a 1 and cold hot fudge sauce a 10, I would put Hershey's chocolate syrup at about 5 and the SF creme caramel around 1-2. I was surprised at how fluid it is, but I bet it has something to do with how well the flavor blends into things. I am not normally a SF person, but I stumbled on this one when stocking up for SF guests. I can only rave about how good it is. No sweet or bitter after taste. Just great flavor. 11-01-13 04:39PM
