I'm pretty set on purchasing the Gaggia Classic in the near future, and have heard the many suggestions to upgrade the steam wand over the standard panarello. Most on the various coffee forums recommend upgrading it to the Silvia steam wand, how does that compare to the latte art steam wand that you guys sell? Also, if I purchased the Silvia steam wand from your parts section, would there be any other parts needed to make that conversion? Thanks!

Fd1d660302c7ae9ecd77d4e05d780e42 The latte art wand and the Silvia wand basically do the same thing. The eliminate the pannarello and make the steam wand a single tip steamer. The pannarello wand does need to be removed and cleaned periodically. The Silvia pipe becomes part of the machine. The steam pipe does come with everything you need to do the conversion. http://www.wholelattelove.com/Gaggia/Gaggia_Latte_Art_Pannarello_Wand.cfm http://www.wholelattelove.com/Rancilio/silvia_steam_pipe.cfm 11-01-13 04:55PM
