Bought this setup about 6 months ago. Overall I am satisfied, however, when I make a latte the coffee flavor is weak. This has me questioning if the Gaggia Classic is capable of producing coffee as strong a commercial espresso machine? (When I get a latte at the coffee shop, I usually get a 16oz with two shots, at home I make 8-10oz cup with two shots and it is noticeably weaker.)
There are a lot of different variables that could cause coffee to be weaker than you would like. We have a video about the "Golden Rule" of Espresso that I have included a link to below. Take a look, give the tips a shot, and let us know how it goes!
