How does the Swiss family of machines, such as the Jura Impressa 5 or 6, compare with the titanium or Gaggia line. I gather the Swiss brewer components, etc are a different breed. Which do you recommend?
I like each machine for different reasons. I know the Gaggia can make a better shot beacuse of the ceramic burrs. It also is more reasonably priced when comparing features. The Jura has a better maintenance and cleaning system. It also will make a stronger coffee as at maximum dose it uses more coffee 16 grams versus 10.5 grams on the Gaggia.
