My 4 cup black cuisinart thermal will not process the water from the pot into the basket fillied with coffee. It gets hot-but wont flow through-
My first recommendation would be to make sure the lid is attached to the carafe properly - the top of this lid presses up against a spring-loaded stopper in the filter holder to allow your coffee to drip through.
