Gaggia Titanium

We’ve had a Gaggia Titanium from Whole latte Love for about a month and so far I’m very happy with it, there’s only one issue that I haven’t seen mention by the reviews or comments before related to the falling of the “height adjustable coffee dispenser” into the cup and the end of the brewing cycle. Is there any way to solve that problem? It’s very annoying having to get a spoon and lift the dispenser out of the cup, deep into the coffee to be able to remove it.. Is that a problem with the design or is ours defective? We’d  appreciate any help to solve the issue.

When we make coffee water will not stop shooting out of the steam valve. The knob is closed

The spout on this machine should stick in the fully raised position if it's working correctly-if it's falling down on its own, something wrong with the part and it may require replacement.  If this is happening within the first month, this may very well be a defective part and can be replaced.  Regarding the steam wand, are you certain the knob is fully closed as far as it can go?  This certainly shouldn't be doing what you describe.  I'd suggest contacting Technical Support about this ASAP!

Mine sticks in the up position, but if i want to lower it say half way, it goes all the way down. Mine is also less than a month old. I think i did a easy quick fix,

i broke a tooth pick in half, and stuck it on the slide of the inside spout. Now it stops and holds at any position.
