I just received my machine yesterday and it seems it wont fit my favorite cups.  I use to- go cups about the size of a starbucks grande cup.  Help!

Hello,

I am very familiar with your machine, the adjustment for this machine  will only fit a cup size of 4.75 inches tall.  The only way around this is by brewing into pitcher and then adding to your main drinking cup.

hmmm. This may be a deal breaker for me.  I am frustrated that I spent over 1200 on a machine that doesn't work with the cups I use!  I guess this is my fault for not reading closer.  What machine would you recommend?

Hello,

Before a recommend a machine, is the one touch feature something that you really want on the machine?  Also,  with regards to cup clearance do you need it for both the milk beverages and coffee options or just the coffee option?

Both, and yes, I really like the one touch option.  If there is a good machine that you do the espresso and milk separately, I wouldn't mind

Hello,

I would actually take a look at the Gaggia Platinum Swing Up.  It will have plenty of cup height for espresso or coffee.  Now this isn't a full one touch for the milk option, it does however have a milk island which will out froth your milk for you, mind you it will also get it hotter then a one touch machine,  all you will need to do is combine at the end and have a great beverage!

The specs on the Gaggia platinum swing up saw one say it has a cup height maximum of 4.5 inches and the Delonghi is 4.7.  How would this fit my cups better?
