I ordered the Delongi EC860 early in January.  It hs not arrived yet at the Philadelphia address.  It was charged to my credit card on January 7.  Who do I contact to trace this order?

If you have not received the product, you should first check the tracking number found on your order.  You can access this information by signing into your account and viewing your order from your Order History page--the tracking number should be found at the top.  Alternatively, feel free to contact customer service, they can investigate this for you!
