I have been using the Breville BES840XL for two months now. I usually make a two double shots espresso every morning and my roomate does the same. More than half the time the pressure is too high though. However, I follow the instructions, i.e. I use the simple wall with my own grinded espresso beans and don't compact it more than necessary. I've even tried to reduced the quantity of grinded beans to make sure the pressure is fine, but it doesn't make it. Any ideas?
