My Xelsis steam/hot water wand is not working. Just put a new water filter in and now am unable to activate the new filter. Any suggestions?

Hello,

Is the steam/hot water not working because of the new filter or was it not working before?  If the filter is the result, remove filter and prime the wand again.  You can soak the filter in water to let it remove any air, then place back on machine.
