I've been using the Delonghi for about 6 months now and don't feel as though I'm getting a sufficiently "thick" pull.  I'd like a double shot to take 30-40 seconds to fill, but it only takes 20 seconds.  If I make the grind finer then I get the error message that its too fine (all the lights blink). There's a crema, but it isn't terribly thick.  Is there a pressure adjustment or other adjustment I can make to improve this?

Hello,

Thank you for the question.  Sadly there is no way to make a pressure adjustment.  A super auto is great machine I use one at home.  They do lack though, you are not able to control the shot timing like you would in a semi-automatic.  What coffee are you using?  This also has a big play in how it brews and crema.  Please let me know and I can make some suggestions from there.

Thanks.  I did make some additional adjustments to the amount of coffee and the grind which helped.  Though I'd still like it "thicker."  I'm mostly using Ceremony Coffee's Mass Appeal.
