Help: it just shut down in the middle of grinding!

We've had our titanium a little over a year and this morning the whole thing just shut down in the middle of grinding.  It turned off. We can't get it to turn back on.  The brew unit is stuck in lock position and we can't get that out either.  The manual is not helpful - any chance someone can help?

That sounds like a couple of different issues, all combining to a need for the machine to come in for repair. If you have not done so already, please contact our Technical Support team at 1-888-411-5282, option 3. Technical Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., EST.
